Hi Sara! Most sources agree that 55 degrees is a good temperature for wine storage for both red and white wines. When you see a dual-zone wine refrigerator that separates reds from whites, it’s because white wine is supposed to be served at cooler temperatures than red wine – so you can actually store them together but then just chill whites a little bit further before serving.
