Wow – that is so incredibly frustrating!! I had something similar happen with some frames I ordered a year ago. I hope they can pull it together because I agree they have an overall decent offering otherwise!!

We are pretty much done with West Elm as well… we ordered an outdoor table, for the summer and it’s October and still not here. We haven’t received a straight answer. That is not the first time we have had an issue with them. I actually think for a mid-range line their quality and look is great, but there is something seriously wrong with their delivery and customer service.
