Hello, friends…Here’s this week’s Sunday Seven in wine, food, lifestyle, design and travel!
The only wine glass you need to buy, according to Janice Robinson. Spoiler alert! – it’s her line, but I’m still intrigued by her theory and explanation here. As much wine as I drink and taste, I find it cumbersome to pull out a different glass every time. And, who has the storage space?
Desert X is a site-specific, contemporary art exhibition returning for its second edition, comprising a new series of installations on view in the desert in Coachella Valley this spring. As part of the exhibition, this solar-powered terminal lake exploration platform explores remote bodies of water like the great salt lake. This and lots of other cool contemporary art at the link.
Are you guys skiiers? I am not the best skiier but I do love a ski vacation in a nice place, regardless (Aspen if I’m being specific) This is a must-visit list of resorts with world-famous runs, top-notch facilities, and all the après options you could want!
Twenty-four appetizer ideas from Food & Wine – these looked quick and easy to me. The Squash Blossoms with Pimento Ricotta are pictured above, and there are also Potato Crisps with Chive Sour Cream Dip that are definitely on my radar to make…
This private jet – worth $100 million – might feature the most over-the-top amenity in aviation history. The Airbus ACJ319neo Infinito jet gives passengers an unimpeded view of the sky above while flying. The technology works in a way that passengers won’t actually be looking through a window towards the sky, instead the ceiling is comprised of a high-definition screen that will run the length of the cabin. Outside the plane there are several high-tech cameras that live-stream the aerial view back down to the screen in real-time, showcasing the sky.
We all love cheese!! I had to include this link on the 10 mistakes you are probably making with cheese, and how to fix them. Included on the list are storing cheese in plastic wrap, eating it straight out of the refrigerator, and buying pre-shredded cheese. Make sure you check these out to keep up your ongoing cheese knowledge!
Gray Malin is one of my absolute favorite photographers! He recently released a new Gray Malin in Bermuda series highlighting the bright waters, sporting scene, and luxurious estate life of Bermuda. I love the vintage look of these photos!
I hope everyone has a wonderful and relaxing rest of your weekend!
