
Dice the salami and cheese about the same size. Place in a bowl and add the sun dried tomatoes, pickles, olives and parsley.
Mix the olive oil, lemon juice, vinegar, red pepper flakes, Italian seasoning, and salt. Drizzle over cheese and meat and toss all together. Serve immediately or store in the fridge until ready to serve.
