
1. Preheat oven to 350° F
2. Add all of the nuts to a bowl, add spices and olive oil. Toss to coat.
3. Place nuts in a single layer on the sheet pan. Place in the oven to roast for 10-15 minutes, removing halfway through to stir. Note all ovens cook differently, so adjust your cooking time as needed. Start checking the nuts at 10 minutes and remove them when cooked. They will start to burn if you leave them in too long.
4. Garnish with additional fresh herbs. Serve at room temperature.
• You can use any nuts for this recipe. I have found that ones with ridges work best for the spices and oil to stick to.
• These will store well in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 2 weeks.
