During our very first visit to Turks & Caicos, we stayed at a private home with stunning views, and stunning modern architectural interiors and exteriors. It was on the side of a cliff, with stairs down to a private beach. My full post on our vacation is can be found here, but I wanted to go ahead and share the home where we stayed, along with six other modern beach homes that I think are modern design perfection.
Sing A Song Villa
Turks & Caicos // 2016, Architect Unknown
In this house, there were 2 separate villas—the main house and the guest house. Each of the 5 bedrooms between the 2 houses had an en suite bathroom. The views were stunning and you can see the views from the pool and beach are pretty much 100! The location was in a high-end residential area and very remote (in fact, Prince’s house was just off to the right of the photo above!) This would be a great rental for 5 couples or a couple of families looking for a quiet getaway. Other gorgeous modern beach home eye candy coming up below—I love that these aren’t kitchy-beachy with a lot of fish/coral/shell themes running through them, they are just beautiful homes that happen to be at the beach. Prepare yourself to want to move after seeing these!
