The Sleep Edit

Intentional sleep and a mix of routines + finds for better rest nightly.

About a year ago, I started treating sleep less like an afterthought and more intentionally. I made a few small shifts—simple things that help me fall asleep more easily and better understand what’s actually working. Some of these are part of my nightly routine, others are things I’ve come across that support better rest in a similar way. Together, they’re the kind of rituals that help me unwind and get a more consistent night’s sleep.

Oura Ring

You really don’t know how much you are sleeping unless you start tracking — this has really helped me stay accountable! The Oura tells you how well you’re sleeping, your stress levels, and can even detect when you might be at risk for getting sick. It also tracks steps and exercise (although it’s not quite as intuitive as the Apple Watch for fitness). I don’t find myself obsessing over the stats with this, just using it to feel my best.

Blue Ridge Pillows

I know pillows are incredibly personal, but these strike that rare balance of soft and also supportive for me. I first slept on them at a hotel and ended up buying them from the gift shop on the way out—I loved them that much! Linking to the full range here, but I personally use the down alternative.

Lola Weighted Blanket

I have a few weighted blankets, but linking to one I love from Lola. Especially in the winter, I’m drawn to a grounding layer with just enough pressure to make everything feel still and settled.

Lake Dream Modal Pajamas

Linking to the full Dream Modal line by Lake. These really are a dream—light, breathable, with just a touch of stretch, and so, so comfortable!

The Laundress Beauty Sleep Fabric Spray

The Laundress’ Beauty Sleep line includes this spray, along with a laundry detergent made just for your bedding. This has notes of lavender, jasmine and sandalwood, just to name a few of the notes that help you feel calm.

Nodpod Gentle Pressure Sleep Mask

This weighted sleep mask from Nodpod is another weighted layer to love. There’s something about the gentle pressure it applies to your head and eyes that’s so relaxing.

Soundcore Sleep Earbuds

These sleep earbuds don’t offer active noise cancellation, which I prefer, but they do offer a library of relaxing white noise sounds that help put me in a stress-free space. I also use these for overnight plane travel.

Amazon Kindle

The Kindle is so thin and lightweight that it is truly the best bed accessory! I love that its glare-free display still makes everything readable even when the lights are off.

Alo Magnesium Oil Spray

Topical magnesium: a few sprays onto skin and you can feel your body start to unwind—subtle, but effective in taking the edge off before bed.

Liposomal Magnesium Complex

A more internal approach: this is my daily magnesium. It supports relaxation from the inside out and tastes like vanilla crème dessert, which makes this ritual feel like a treat!

Canopy Aroma Diffuser

I love this aromatherapy diffuser because it’s completely waterless, which means you don’t have to worry about mold. You just add oil to the inside and to the stone on the top and the scent will fill your space from there.

Laneige Lip Sleeping Mask

A small must every single night! This lip hydration that works overnight so you wake up with your lips fully moisturized. It comes in a range of great flavors, too.

Estée Lauder ANR Serum

A classic for a reason. This Advanced Night Repair serum is all about deep hydration and repair, helping skin look smoother, more even, and noticeably more radiant by morning.

Estée Lauder ANR Eye Cream

The eye cream that pairs with the ANR serum above leans more sculpting than just hydrating — I love it for the subtle lifting around my eyes. It also helps smooth both fine lines, giving rested vibes.

Agent Nateur Holi Oil

A final step that feels both indulgent and calming — this is my go-to face oil. Made with nutrient-rich ingredients like rosehip, vitamin C, and antioxidants, it leaves skin hydrated, more even, and noticeably glowy by morning.

L’Occitaine Hand Cream

Right as I get into bed, I make sure my hands and feet are moisturized. This one is incredibly moisturizing — I’ve used it for years — and anything that gives off a little Provence energy is never a bad thing!

Version 1.0.0

Sweet dreams!
