Good with almost no effort. Burrata, warm roasted Good with almost no effort. Burrata, warm roasted grapes, good olive oil and a drizzle of balsamic in just a few minutes and the sweet and savory combination is so good! Roasting the grapes concentrates their sweetness and gives them a slightly jammy texture that takes them up a notch. 🍇

1	Roast grapes at 400°F for about 15 minutes. I put some on skewers and roasted some as whole bunches.

2	Place the burrata on a plate. Arrange warm grapes and bread or crackers around the burrata.

3	Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic glaze. Finish with the salt, pepper, and herbs.

Last days of rosé?! 🥲 A Washington rosé with a lit Last days of rosé?! 🥲 A Washington rosé with a little more going on. 🍷 The 2023 Gramercy Cellars Olsen Vineyard Rosé is made in a dry, Provence-inspired style. Think ripe strawberry, peach and grapefruit with a touch of salinity.

It’s a smaller-production wine, but if you see it, don’t let the color fool you – this is worth a try.
