Happy weekend, friends! Here’s this week’s Sunday Seven in wine, food, lifestyle, design and travel.

Australian Alps Viewpoint
A famous 1.7-mile hiking trail in Innsbruck, Austria has just become much more accessible with the recently completed series of well-designed additions. At the end, a dramatic structure adds jaw-dropping views of the surrounding mountains and valley below. Visitors reach the start of the trail after taking a cable car 6,250 feet in the air!

The Seven Deadly Don’ts of Wine
While we usually talk about how amazing wine is, one columnist keeps a running list of all that she dislikes about wine, as well. The seven wine “sins” in the link are each deadly in its own way. I agree with her assessment of wine and chocolate – while both delicious on their own, the flavor profiles really don’t pair well together at all!

Best Rosés to Sip This Summer
13 of the best rosés to sip this summer! Included on the list are some new, undiscovered favorite rosés as well as La Grande Dame 2008 Rosé by Veuve
Clicquot – you may not know, but Madame Clicquot was the original pioneer behind the assemblage method of making a rosé Champagne, the first of which was first released 200 years ago! And you thought it was a fad…

Swedish Floating Hotel & Spa
A new hotel and spa will float along a major river in Swedish Lapland during summer and freeze into the ice during winter, all in a prime spot to experience the Northern Lights. The back-to-nature Arctic Bath Hotel and Spa will feature cozy cabins inspired by drifting timber and a full-service spa with hot and cold plunge pools. The property is set to finish construction later this year.

A Visitor’s Guide to Eating in NYC
Best splurge meals, classic steakhouses, and essential new restaurants – a list that has something for everyone. NYC’s restaurant scene is complex, varied, and yep, overwhelming…but let this guide navigate you to the city’s best food. This calzone from Bushwick pizzeria Ops looks pretty legit!

Top 100 Hotels in World
Superlative service, outstanding surroundings, and luxurious amenities unite the top 100 hotels in the world. This year’s list reflects 33 countries and all continents except Antarctica. T+L readers weighed in on travel experiences in the areas of facilities, location, service, food, and overall value. Pictured is the gorgeous Montage Los Cabos in Cabo San Lucas.

World’s Best Vineyards
The inaugural World’s Best Vineyards awards honored the best wineries which are open to visitors around the world. Pictured, Germany’s Weingut Dr. Loosen (with great rieslings!) was at No. 10. And the winner? An Argentinian winery in the lush heart of the Uco Valley, at the foot of the Andes mountains. Click to see more great spots to visit!
Hope you all have a wonderful and relaxing rest of your weekend.
