This has been my go-to smoothie for the last six months, and I wanted to share the recipe with you all. This is loaded with protein, healthy fats, fiber, and even your daily dose of greens. I use AG1 for my greens of choice — I have taken this daily for years — but any greens powder will work! For protein, I use this pea protein which has a light and fluffy texture.
This green smoothie is creamy and savory, with a perfect sprinkle of sea salt to finish!

Greens & Avocado Smoothie
Ingredients
- ¾ cup water
- 1 scoop greens powder (AG1 or other brand)
- 2 scoops flavorless protein powder (NorCal Organic or any brand)
- ½ cup strawberries and bananas, fresh or frozen, mixed
- ½ small avocado
- 3-4 large ice cubes
- Sprinkle of sea salt
Preparation

Add all ingredients to a blender. Blend for about 30 seconds. Taste and add more ice or water as desired adjust the consistency. Enjoy!
