For Europe, I like to pack a mix of easy dresses and the most comfortable walking sandals possible. Dresses don’t take up much room, work from day to night, and make getting dressed while traveling feel effortless but still elevated. I’m also bringing a few favorite travel essentials and beach accessories for Sicily and Malta. The pieces coming with me will need to work for long travel days, afternoons by the sea, wine tastings on Etna, and dinners out along the coast.

I like to have a hat on hand for beach or boat days and also, for a break from the sun.

This clip is fantastic to be able to take your hat on the go. You just clip it onto any purse or carry-on bag.
