Happy weekend, friends! Here’s this week’s Sunday Seven in wine, food, lifestyle, design and travel.

Fear of Heights
Visitors to Tintagel Castle, on Cornwall’s rugged north coast, are now able to walk a path that hasn’t been accessible in more than 500 years. The bridge, which spans a 190-foot gorge and sits 187 feet above sea level, brings together the two halves of the 13th-century castle, built by Richard, Earl of Cornwall. Not for the faint of heart when it comes to heights!

Summer Chardonnays
California Chardonnay – the most popular wine in the US. It may also be one of the most versatile. Classic Cali Chard is full-bodied, with vanilla notes from oak and ripe tropical fruit flavors, but there are also sharp, low-alcohol, cool-climate Chards that taste more like Sauvignon Blanc. So, from rich and luscious to lean and racy, there is surely something on this list for you!

Ice Cream Innovation
The cone is having a renaissance moment thanks in part to environmental opposition to disposable cups and spoons – #coneonly is even trending as a hashtag. The cone campaign highlights new shapes, flavors, and colors in cones. In addition to the typical cake, sugar and waffle varieties, you might encounter Technicolor-hued red velvet or confetti-speckled birthday cake, thick-walled varieties such as salty pretzel, interesting shapes such as fish-shaped, and even gluten-free versions.

Fall’s Nails
I am excited fall has to be just around the corner! At the link, 15 nail polish colors trending this season. For someone that typically goes to Urban Jungle or Black Onyx, I am always in need of inspiration other than the neutrals! All over the vampy red by OPI – “I Love You Just Be-Cusco.”

Moving In
Check out this Modernist Rafael Vinoly house on the market for $9.8M in Ridgefield, CT. Vinoly is known for a plethora of sleek contemporary buildings like the Tokyo International Forum and the tallest residential tower in the Western Hemisphere, New York City’s 432 Park Avenue. He’s only designed a few residences, including this 1990 home built for Alice Lawrence, widow of Manhattan real estate mogul Sylvan Lawrence.

The Life of T. Swift
I am admittedly intrigued by Taylor Swift, I mean who isn’t?! This Vogue article is a good read if you’re a fan – it covers her stance on sexism, scrutiny, and standing up for herself, as well as the measures they take to hide the new singles off her highly anticipated seventh studio album “Lover.” Can’t wait to hear.

River Cruising
River cruises may have a reputation for being for older adults, but they really appeal to me. So relaxing, and no chance of being eaten by a shark! I was glad to find this list – I had always heard that Viking was the best but Uniworld Boutique Cruise Collection takes the top spot from T+L readers!
Hope you all have a wonderful and relaxing rest of the weekend!
