New Grapes Join the Ranks in Bordeaux
To address the impact of climate change in Bordeaux, there is initial approval of the addition of seven new grape varietiesΒ to the six red and eight white grapes already permitted to be used in bottles of Bordeaux. The newly approved varieties are four reds β Arinarnoa, Castets, Marselan, and Touriga Nacional β and two whites β Alvarinho and Liliorila.
