Good with almost no effort. Burrata, warm roasted Good with almost no effort. Burrata, warm roasted grapes, good olive oil and a drizzle of balsamic in just a few minutes and the sweet and savory combination is so good! Roasting the grapes concentrates their sweetness and gives them a slightly jammy texture that takes them up a notch. 🍇

1	Roast grapes at 400°F for about 15 minutes. I put some on skewers and roasted some as whole bunches.

	2	Place the burrata on a plate. Arrange warm grapes and bread or crackers around the burrata.

	3	Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic glaze. Finish with the salt, pepper, and herbs.
