I Want to Move Into this Home in Sydney

Australian clothing designer Camilla Freeman-Topper spotted this home in Sydney and took on a years-long renovation that resulted in a showstopper. The home uses lots of white, marble, steel and timber tones in different layers to achieve a sense of calm and warmth. Contrary to the atmosphere of many contemporary-leaning homes, this one manages to be supremely homey, relaxed, and welcoming.

Vessel is Here in NYC

Vessel is a $200 million art installation at New York’s Hudson Yards megadevelopment that was unveiled this past week.Vessel’s architect, Heatherwick Studio, was given no direction other than to create a “galvanizing moment”. Vessel can expect 700 visitors at once and expects a steady flow of pedestrians. You can even submit your vote for “Vessel’s” permanent name!

Tour Frank Gehry’s Dream House

With Frank Gehry turning 90 in February, he began to wonder about the practicality of remaining in their longtime home Santa Monica home, and certainly couldn’t tear it down. So, he co-designed a house for this stage of his life with his son, on a prime lot on one of Santa Monica’s finest streets. It overlooks the canyon, with a view of the ocean.
