Whoever said your house is never finished was so right! I posted about our initial home renovation a while back. Since then, we decide to make a few minor updates to our kitchen, which made a big impact.
The main thing was our floors – when we moved in we left the original pine floors and stained them ebony. We liked the look but they showed everything and marked up easily. We decided to make a switch, and match the original white oak floors in the rest of the house this time around – white oak is a very hard wood and we knew they’d hold up well. While we were at it, we decided to paint the cabinets. The previous cabinet color was the now-color of our new floors, so it was too monochromatic. We used Sherwin Williams “Crushed Ice” oil paint for the cabinets and were really happy with it.
Nothing else was changed other than the pendant lights and upgraded wine fridges. I’ll link these items and other accessories, in the captions below!

Have a great week, friends!
