Burrata wtth Roasted Grapes

Creamy burrata, sweet roasted grapes and balsamic for an easy, delicious appetizer!

This is one of those appetizers that looks a little special but takes almost no effort. Smooth burrata, warm roasted grapes, good olive oil and a drizzle of balsamic come together in just a few minutes and the sweet and savory combination is so good!

Roasting the grapes concentrates their sweetness and gives them a slightly jammy texture that takes them up a notch. I like to roast some right on the stem for a pretty presentation and thread a few onto skewers for easy serving (I used these skewers). Add plenty of fresh herbs, flaky salt and a sliced baguette or crackers, and you have an easy, polished appetizer.
